What our forms collect

The site has three forms: the consult request on the home page, the consult request on the contact page, and the service request on the service page. Depending on the form, we ask for:

• your name and phone number
• your town, or your address for a service visit
• your email address (optional)
• what you're interested in, or what needs fixing, and anything you write in the message box
• a photo, if you attach one to a service request

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond to your request: to call you back, set up a consult or service visit, and follow up on it.

We don't sell your information.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to see how people use it, such as which pages get visited. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information like the pages you view and the type of device and browser you use. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com, and you can turn it off with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
